    A big hello to everyone. Its been 2 years since I last posted. Slipped off the Atkins plan not long after. I have been successful in losing weight by just cutting down and excercising but the last few pounds a proving stubborn. I have noticed my intake of junk is creeping up and I need to take control so I have decided to re-commit to atkins. Will be starting induction tomorrow
    re-started 17April '08
    1st mini goal 140lbs reached
    2nd mini goal 135lbs reached
    3rd mini goal 130lbs reached
    4th mini goal 125lbsreached
    Re-re-starting 27 April 2010
    1st mini goal 120
    2nd mini goal 115
    Final goal 112lbs

    I know what you mean about posting.. I read the threads everyday and post to.. It really does keep you motivated to have such a large support team.

      Welcome back - you might want to join the STAC (Second Time Around Club) - they have a daily sign in and help each other keep on track. Re-read the book so the rules and foods are fresh in your mind. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a vitamin w/o iron.

      Good luck getting those last few pounds taken care of.
