A big hello to everyone. Its been 2 years since I last posted. Slipped off the Atkins plan not long after. I have been successful in losing weight by just cutting down and excercising but the last few pounds a proving stubborn. I have noticed my intake of junk is creeping up and I need to take control so I have decided to re-commit to atkins. Will be starting induction tomorrow

Welcome back - you might want to join the STAC (Second Time Around Club) - they have a daily sign in and help each other keep on track. Re-read the book so the rules and foods are fresh in your mind. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a vitamin w/o iron.
