I'm new to the atkins diet. Tomorrow will make it one full week in. I'm drinking at least 4 l of water a day, but retaining fluid really bad. My jeans are tighter than when I began
It's hard going against EVERYTHING you've been taught your entire life~that fat is bad and you need to lower your fat intake to lose weight. Mu husband made me pinky swear not to weigh myself for two weeks :P Trying to think positive and stick with it. I'm blessed to have my best friend and hubby doing this with me
But it's hard to wrap my head around the fact that my jeans are toooooooooo tight now .....? Any thoughts?
