I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself but decided to weigh myself once a week instead. I'm delighted I have lost 28 pounds on induction! Yay!

Congratulations on a very successful induction! It's good to hear you are moving to OWL - adding 5 additional net carbs daily is a wonderful way to start adding foods back into your meals. There is no concrete manuscript of how long to stay on each rung but there are so many veggies to check I usually tend to stay there longest.
