hello all!
i am starting day 3 of induction and feeling great. i definitely experienced some "atkins flu" symptoms day 1 and 2, but i'm through it and feeling energized and positive.
i'm reading the "new atkins for a new you" book to get the latest info and logging all my meals/snack on fitday.com. i have tried atkins before but always get discouraged with slow loss and/or stalls. i'm keeping closer track of my fat and protein intake to stay within recommended levels. and while i'm very motivated to lose weight, i'm trying to focus on how great i feel without the hunger, cravings and energy crashes that eating carb loaded meals fill my day with.
