    Bulletin Board Newbie

I am restarting Atkins. By reading various posts on this board I think I have found some reasons why I couldn't make a go of it last time. Here's to success!

I hope I figure out how to get one of those weightloss tickers in my signature, or even get a signature. That would be a nice little success.

Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

Congratulations on making the decision to get back on plan! I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) - the edition we follow on this site.

Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site – wonderful recipes that will keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/

Also many people start a journal to keep track of themselves. It’s also a great place to meet new people or find old friends.

If you need anything we’re here to help you!! Good luck
        Carole

Thank you for the suggestions, all of them good ones. I do have the DANDR book, 2002 edition. I would have forgotten the vitamin and the water, so I'm glad you mentioned it. I did not have this kind of encouragement when I was going it alone. I'm very glad for this board.
