Well, here we go. I did atkins last year for a month and dropped 40lbs and well gained it all back after I lost it since I didn't maintain. But here I am again, I started last Sunday at 301.5lbs and got down to 289.0 by Thursday and well went off this weekend and ate whatever I wanted so my week I'm only down to 294.0 I wish I could find a way to stay on it all 7 days of the week instead of going up and down. But I cut weight fast, VERY FAST and its not water weight considering I drink up to a gallon of water a day!
So here we go, I'm going to try to use this BB to keep on track and to help myself and to most importantly help others!
I wanna get to 250 by July 1st so that's my goal right now and plan on staying on induction until I stop losing big numbers.
What are your thoughts?
