Hello everyone!!! I’ve been reading many posts for the past 2 weeks and I decided to introduce myself. I’m 27 years old and been over weight most of my like and I am just sick and tiered of it. I am very familiar with Atkins because I’ve done it in the past with great success. I started April 19th weighing 235 lbs. April 24th I weighed my self and was down to 231. So far so good! I’ve also been trying to add some exercise and so far it’s been 2 or 3 times a week but I think it’s better then nothing. I would like to add that my hubby is doing this with me and it is so much better this way then doing it alone, more support and no temptation. I’ll keep you all posted of my weight loss. Oh, and I am so addicted to this site LOL
