hi, my name is Hayley and ive been lurking this board for a bit, thought i'd introduce myself. im 22 and proud mummy of 3.5 year old identical twin boys. since i can remember i have always been a bigger girl, though in my younger years at least it wasnt this bad. i hope to get down to a weight i feel comfortable at, which is at the very least 80kg, i have a larger frame on a shorter body so im never going to be as thin as i wish, but im gonna get down to where i feel good
i want to be able to play with my kids more, look better, find that self-confidence i lost a longgggggg time ago, and stop hating myself for what i have done to myself over the years and how i look. my fiance and i also want to have another child, and after my recent miscarriage it has given me even more willpower to get healthy for my next pregnancy, which is waiting on hold until i lose most of my baggage.
i cut out all processed crap like bread, pasta, junk food, sweets, etc on the 19th March, then got my atkins book and prepared myself for atkins which i started on the 1st April. it is so much easier than i expected, and i LOVE this WOE. 12 kgs (26lbs) down and just over 34" gone from me, even though i cannot see a difference yet. im on my way to a happier, healthier me and i cant wait to find the old me buried underneath all this fat!
