Restarting for the 2nd time

My name is Mara,

I did Atkins 6yrs ago with great success. I went from 183lbs to 115lbs and maintained for about 2 yrs. I am up to 190lbs and my goal is between 115-120lbs this time. I am done with babies now and feel like I can get my life back.

Go for It... I did atkins years ago with positive results...I am starting again today..
I just have trouble sticking to it.....
