Hey everyone, im 18 years old and i have struggled with my weight my whole life i felt like it was time to make this change!! i just started the atkins on monday and i have followed the intro phase and havent cheated! I only found this blog due to the fact that im becoming discouraged!! I feel so so bloated! and i havent lost one pound! ive been working out and eating everything im suppose to. I guess im looking for a little support before i throw in the towel and give up! any suggestions?
