  • Starting this May

    Hi Everyone
my name is Terry I'll be having my one year wedding ann. this May. and can honestly say I'm very happy. I gave birth to a gorgeous set of twins Feb 4, 2005. Sebastian weighed 6lbs 1oz and Juan Carlo was 6lbs 9oz. Both of them are very healthy. I also have a six yr old son named Steven.
As for myself I am only 4'11'' and weigh 201lbs. Can you beleive it? I had just lost 42lbs when I got pregnant and now I feel that I must change my way of eating in a brastic way otherwise I will be unable to keep up with my sons. So I started to workout :icondance 5 times a week and have managed to gain 2lbs instead of losing any. I have always tried crach dieting but have decided that that will only cause a delay in real results.
I'm totally excited about starting but have alot to do before I start, such as reading my DADR book, buy groceries and supplements.
Oh and create a menu for my induction phase.
Official start day will be May 1st
    201/201/100
    I'm very short
    Mini goals Induction 201/180/165/
OWL 140/125/110/100 I hope this is realistic if not I willing to change.

Needless to say you will have to post some pics of them someday
For the rest you will find a lot of help on these pages, there is also a very good recipe section and it might be of great help to you getting your menues down.
If you are still breastfeeding your little-ones you can't start with induction, but I guess you know that?

          Twins. Oh, how wonderful. Congratulations.

You've come to the right place to lose the weight and get healthy. Read the book, do exercises, take supplements, drink lots of water and you will never have trouble keeping up with your twins. My grandsons are always telling me that I wear them out. I am always on the go and they always beg me to slow down and let them rest. lol

              Welcome to the board!

Sounds like you have a plan. Keeping up with kids is a great reason for losing weight. Getting healthier in order to live a long time is another.

Good luck and congratulations on the twins!
