  • Definately 2nd time around for me!!

Hello everyone! I'm trying to get back into Atkins and am suffering from the sugar withdrawal headache today!

I went on Atkins in 97 and lost around 40 lbs and got down to around 130 and maintained it for quite awhile. I looked the best I had in quite a long time and felt great. The weight SLOWLY creeped back on and I had surgery this February and have done nothing for around 6 months. Lo and behold, Iam weighing in at 180! Most I've ever weighed and I am miserable.

I want to make this work again, but I want to eat some variety this go around so whatever I can learn is great

I have two sons, one 19 and one is 14 and I have been married for 25 years! I have a precious little miniature dachsund who is now my little child!!

I'm glad to have found this board. I was actually on the other Atkins Board but this one seems so much more friendlier.

    Glad I'm here! :wave
