  • I'm back

I never thought I would look back on my life and say that I haven't accomplished any of my goals I set for myself.

Now, I know that I have to do it, I'm afraid of change. But I cannot live in fear of it fear. I picture myself running down the beach with my hair down. Next year we have a great vacation planned and this is what I'm going to be doing.

    This is the day!

April 29, 2005 is the beginning

Hon, you CAN AND WILL DO IT! Read the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution cover to cover and then re-read it. Purge your house of crap foods and go shopping with your book in hand. Load up on the induction foods and begin your journey to an all-new healthy YOU!

Begin an exercise plan. Start by walking. Increase your speed gradually and increase your miles slowly. Cardiovascular exercise and Atkins is a POWERFUL COMBINATION.

Today IS your day. Fear not change .. change is GOOD!

Cheering you all the way and picturing you on that beach!

          Welcome to the board!

Good for you for doing this for yourself. Just know this, you can do this. We're all here for you and we'll all be running down the beach with you, if only in spirit.

          Good luck!
