  • Hi Y'all!

    Hi there! I have been on the Atkins lifestyle since May of 2003... I have lost 105 pounds and have just another 70 or 80 to go... I am not counting pounds anymore because I consider the weight loss a perk of this lifestyle... I love being here and hope to get to know y'all!

        :wave welcome to ADBB checkout the Century Club forum and share with someother triple digit losers and meet the gang. It is free so don't let anybody con you out of a memeberdship fee.

        Congrats on joining the 100 pounder club.

        We have several exercise challenges going on for TDLs in the CC forum and several in the exercise board and exercise challenge board for keeping you motivated to do that mandatory exercise part of your Atkins.

                That's a great way to look at this WOE, that the weight loss is secondary.
