  • Hi From A Newbie

    Hello All! :wave

My name is Amy, and I'm 36 years old. I live in NC, and I started Atkins on April 4th. This is the first time I have tried Atkins, and so far I am loving it. I have quite a bit of weight to lose (166 lbs. to go), but I really feel like I have found a plan that will be realistic for me to stick with for the rest of my life.
I browsed the boards a bit yesterday, and I've already learned so much! I'm looking forward to learning even more, and hopefully I'll be able to share some valuable information with all of you, too!
    Amy

Hey Amy. Welcome to the board!

Good job so far! Make sure you check out the Century Club, it is a forum for people with more than 100 pounds to lose (as well as a few honorary members).

            Good luck!
            Jim
