  • Hi, my name is Carolyn

    Hi All,

I am brand new to ADBB, but I am not so new to Atkins. I have been living low-carb for just over 6 months and have lost just over 50 lbs. I am single and 30+ and finally got tired of always being tired. I have a long way to go before I get to the maintenance phase and I am hoping to meet new people and find new motivation through talking with all of you.
