  • I'm BAAAAACK

    Hello Everyone!

Let's see, back in May of 2003 I started Atkins. Within a year I had gone from 180 to 146! I was and am thrilled.

Unfortunately, I have fallen off the Low Carb Wagon and am back up to 153 -- clothes are super tight and I just feel bloated!!

So I have re-read key points in the Atkins book last night to refresh myself and have started back on Induction today.

I am so glad to see that the forum is still up and running!!
