Hello to everyone on
ha . I just joined today and I've been looking around. There's a wealth of information here and so much love and support. I've posted a question and already received replies with answers and encouragement. This is a really GREAT board...I'm glad I found it.
I started induction yesterday, so I'm on day 2. I just turned 31 and all of sudden I'm carrying a tire around my waist. I'm at the heaviest weight I have ever been and I don't like where I'm heading if I contiune doing nothing. So here I am ATKINS.
My goal is to get back down to a slim and trim 125...I'm currently 147. My short term goal is 135 by 6/26 (my 1 year wedding anniversay). That's what I weighed when I got married. That's about 2 pounds a week and I think I can do it.
I HATE going to the gym so my activites are beginning to include things I like to do such as swimming, horesback riding, salsa classes and tennis.
So as we all embark on this adventure together I say cheers and BRING IT ON!!!!
