    Stalled? Just not losing? YoYo'ing up and down? No real progress? This is the forum for you!!!!
    1st - Commit to going back to induction for the next 2 weeks:
    a) Eat only foods on the acceptable list
    b) Drink 8 glasses of water a day, nothing else counts
    c)Exercise, even if its a walk around the block or sitting in a chair - do something
    d) Take your supplements

    2nd - Post your results, include your successes and failures, your highs and lows, what worked and what didn't work

    3rd Support your team mates.
