  • Walk Run Walk Run Walk Run

Does anyone do the one minute run, two minutes walk? I do that for 5k almost every day. Not too taxing but definitely gets the heart rate up.

I like that format because it feels sustainable. The short run and longer walk pattern can build consistency without turning every workout into a grind. Curious whether you keep the same rhythm on hills too?

I'm a cyclist. I own three decent road bikes. One a vintage Raleigh.

I am 76 and can still ride 30 miles without ill effect!

Running and walking? Only when I have to, but if I stop pedaling, I'll die!
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
      he said, 'Don't count calories.'

Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.
