It's actually a new feature as part of the 'social groups' there is a running group that tom created this forum off of. you can see the group posts here, and it also has a link back to this forum and your post as well. Hard to explain lol. Along the top menu bar you will see 'social groups' there are a few. Here is a link to the running one and you will see what i mean!

*I no longer weigh myself regularly. Next weigh in will be at the beginning of November with a trainer to get an update on my body fat percentage.
Taking it slow and steady for both marathon training and this wonderful new lifestyle!
