My name is Lisa, and i am a mother of 2 boys.
Ages 12, and 2.
Yea... what an age gap i know.
Well i just wanted to say hello, and this is a new forum since i was last here.
Nice idea!
My family isn't too supportive of my weight battle, and they all say i don't need to live this lifestyle... I know better.
Hoping to find some support and encouragement from all of you lovely mothers!

I have 3 children aged 15-14-4 an age gap too, my family are just the same with me they say i dont need to loose the weight im fine as i am but im unhappy with the way i look, i got weighed at the hospital yesterday i was 11st 13lb i have never been that heavy so i intend to get it off, i started my diet today first time for this kind.

Hi Lisa, My name is Michelle and my oldest is 14 and my middle child is 11 and my baby is 11 months. I think I got you all beat with the age gap!

My husband and I are both on Atkins and I have lost 16 lbs and he has lost 19 lbs. He has about 15 more to loose and I have over 30.

You can do it!

Hello everyone
I'm new to this sight and also this group.
I think I win the age gap. My oldest is my stepdaughter 22 Next is our daughter 10 and our son 6. Whenever it's been a bad day with the two younger ones my husband (very jokingly) say's "And I was almost done. What was I thinking?"

I'm sorry I forgot why I was replying in the first place.

Lisa don't let the family get to you. Just stick with what you feel is best for you. Most of my husbands and my family disagree with atkins. But I have him there to support me.
