    I got a mini whooshie!!!!

    I just stepped on the scales.

    Since restarting induction Wednesday, March 11, I am down.....

    .......drum roll please...... TA DAH...... 2.8 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                          Amazingly, my mini-whooshie stuck. The scales did not bounce up again today like they usually do.

                                          Not sure how much had the coconut oil had to do with it, but I am eating it at every chance today... just in case!
