    Doing Great Today!

    Today my appetite is normal and I feel great.

    AND the scale is being very nice to me!!!! I won't post results until I finish the two week induction, but I think I'm going to like it!

    Am cutting out the excess coconut oil as it tends to skew my meal planning, but am still using it wherever I can fit it in.

          Hi Sunny, I'm glad you're feeling great! I'm glad it's happening for you!

          I have been using the coconut oil in frying my eggs, nice flavor. If it helps, so much the better.

                      Well, I'm back to my whooshie number... at least it's solid. But the additional loss has evaporated. So don't feel too jealous!
