Last Thrusday, I weighed 166 and today I'm down to 161 which is the lowest I've been since I restarted Atkins 300 days ago.
( I started back on Atkins on a Thrusday so that's my official weigh day). So I think I have finally pushed my way through the block I've had for 3 months!
I didn't consider it a real stall because I was just eating too much, but I've reminded myself of how I used to eat years ago and have stopped munching so much.
(I keep a food diary and learned from the official Atkins diary I had before to write the number of the day at the top of the page, so this is day 300 for me).
I really liked that diary because at the end of every week, it asked a bunch of questions like, did you exercise? how did you feel? did you cheat?, what challenges did you face?, what do you need to change? And there was a space to write in your answers, so I occasionally look at it and find some inspiration from it.
