After my big cheat it took me two days to get back to 290 and I've been hanging there for almost two weeks!
I exercise every day, drink 120 or more ounces a day, and strictly count my carbs.
Today I was finally 288, a two pound drop overnight... is this a sign of things to overcome? Is there anything I can do to assure that I won't see those two pounds again?
