    Thanks Desertthorn! I am exercising ( more than I ever have) & I do enjoy it. It's quick, fun and effective, I definately feel the burn when I'm done. I don't know why but I'm craving bread and pasta and a recent disappointmen with the scale has enabled me 2 give in to those cravings i just wanna get back on track and stay on it!
    EAT FOR ENERGY NOT ENTERTAINMENT!

      Bread is one of my downfalls. Have you tried the Flax meal muffins? I think they taste rather like sweet dirt. Oh and Cleos great oopsie rolls. Hum, maybe she can find us the link

        while you at cleo's blog find her lasagna recipe and make those cauliflower noodles. her cauliflower pizza is great too.

        There should be a recipe on ADBB for nullo mondo's oslo flax rolls and as an OWLer you could use all the ingredients like flax meal wheat protein isolate 8000, and the oat fiber too they rise like real bread and look and slice like real rolls do. and they are low carb too.
