so i had just started this thing and its day two. i am at 215 lbs and my goal is to be 150 lbs. ive been really good except its kind of hard to count the carbs since they are in everything!! ive kept them under thirty for sure even under 25 but im starting.... i have lost a total of 65 lbs since january of 09 on my own and now i just want the rest of it off thanks for your stories!
