welp, i was doing this wrong. see, i ate some fruit and dairy. im going to start over since im just starting out. i finally found a pretty good menu. i think that was the hardest part. i hate tofu and i eat morningstar veggie patties and stuff high protien and 1 gram of fat carbs 1 so its pretty good.breakfast: 3 egg whites, breakfast sausage, tomato = 6 carbs
lunch: salmon patty (or tuna), lettuce wrap, chalula, bell pepper = 6 carbs
dinner: salmon patty, lettuce, avacado, and nori = 7 carbs
since i practiced around with different foods and did my research on them i decided this menu would best suit me.
so i cant have fruit, dairy, nuts, etc...
2 weeks. since i know now this will be easy. i could call this preliminary- introduction. kind of ease my way into it.
i burn almost 3700 calories at work. im not even close to hitting 700 calories/ day. i work 7 days on and then 7 days off in the hospital. i mostly do tons of walking. on my off week i will go to the gym and run 2-3 miles 30 minutes on the elliptical and swimming not to mention weights as well. maybe some tae bo at home. i have chores and stuff i do at home. i am very active so this helps. i hope to lose 13 lbs in the intro
i would like to lose 35 lbs by the end of the year to say i lost 100 lbs in one year if not thats cool

I think 700 calories is way to little food. Some people think lowering calories and lowering carb will give them double effect but that is not true. Low calories combined with low carbs will likely destroy your metabolism, make you lose your hair and stop all your weightloss. You need to eat close to your calorie need when you low carb
You menu is very low on fat. You will need to eat some I think. I think you are on a good start just take care of your body. Trying to push it with extremes is not going to work.
I agree with Liv on adding more calories...especially if you are that active. Try to add some snacks and it will help.
Instead of egg whites, try whole eggs. If you're on Induction you should be eating tomatos so cut those out and add a couple more breakfast sausages in there. Add in some cheese. Spreading out your eating helps keep you full and keeps your metabolism up...add in a couple snacks here and there. Up your portion sizes.
There are tons of ways to get in more calories and still keep it healthy and Atkins-appropriate.
