i truly admire those who have stuck this out... i really do. i had a really hard time. measurements of food, people make food all the time and i feel bad for telling them no. ah if i dont lose anything on here at least i am going to have knowledge.
i decided to start at the beginning of the month, 1: because its a start feels fresher 2: no holidays yet but after my 2 week induction 3: i work 7 on 7 off and its easier to to start on my first day on rather than in the middle of the week because of my sleep schedule.
i know i can do this. oh boy it will be hard though.
