so, in one day i lost one pound. and i weighed myself after eating! so that means there could be room for more weight loss. only .2 lbs and i would have lost 2 lbs. i have some water weight as well

any way todays menu:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites 2 sausage patties (vegan) jalepenos = 6 carbs
Lunch: 3 egg whites, 2 sausage patties and hot sauce = 5 carbs
snack: 2 oz cheese YUM!! = 1 carb
Dinner: wrap, lettuce, tuna, jalepenos, sugar free jell-o = 8
ive been drinking lots of water. today i feel ok yesterday i was very tired today i feel like i have more energy today than i did yesterday. i can finally fit into a size L scrub bottoms YEAH!!!! i cant wait to weigh myself in a week gosh dang it!
