Oh boy the only thing that is keeping me from getting coffee is this site TOM and i am bitchy. im irritated as **** and not sure if it has anything to do with lack of carbs this early in the induction. its only day one and i am just pmsing or something. Heres my menu

Lunch: cooked salmon patty with mrs dash, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, mushrooms, green onions seered together and i put it ontop of my romaine lettuce with a delicious honey mustard dressing (1 calorie spray thing has only 2 carbs for 10 sprays!!)

(this was easy, simple and SOOOO tasty i made it myself if you all want the recipe let me know!)

Dinner is the same thing only because i loved it so much at lunch
Cheese sticks for lunch, breakfast will be perhaps 3 egg whites, and a sausage patty.
i've drank a fiber sure drink packet. 1 carb per drink. it does however contain aspertame in it. ive read here that were not supposed to have aspertame but i will limit this as much as possible.
so dinner and lunch carb intake was only about 12 carbs. so i need to eat a better breakfast to compensate for the rest to get my 20 in for the day.
i told some people i was doing atkins and i am afraid that they will judge me. so now i really got to stick with it to stick it to them lol
well this got my attitude in better shape im'a gonna eat another cheese stick now.
