still no book yet. i've decided that i am going to give my self a break. im really hard on myself and i think that is what sets me up for failure. so im going to wait for that book. grocery shop and commit myself entirely to being fit and healthy. man i need to lose 55 lbs. before my wedding. ahhh i need to do this plan and start living this lifestyle. next week my goal is to
