so i got my book and my sticks now im reading the book and its very interesting!
people are looking at me telling me "dont you know that does damage to your liver" "dont you know that does damage to your kidneys?" "dr atkins died of a heart attack, didnt you know that?"
so im empowered with knowledge. dr atkins i guess (from reading online) died from slipping on ice.... HA!! they are wrong. and my rebuttle for people saying that this lifestyle does damage are ignorant i feel. because they dont know anything about the diet except from what they have "hearsay" its so dumb how people just go off and tell me to watch out yet they have no idea at all. "a high protien diet is harmful to your health" well guess what this is not a high protien diet. this is a controled carb way of life. and i intend to show them. how motivating it is to have people tell me what they think they know yet they know nothing.
this diet is getting bad rep. because no one actually does any research. this way of life tells you that you need to have what carbs you do get, they need to be from vegetables and fruit. not fast food or unreal amounts of carbohydrates which are harmful. so i feel the judgment of my peers and i dont like it but im going to use it as fuel. im finishing whats left in my cupboard as far as like cereal and things like that maybe the bread too. im going grocery shopping next week so i made a list of things i need. cheese fake meats and salads. just finishing my research so i can be motivated enough to actually finish induction. this time im going to do it when im not on my on week so that i can actually leave and go for walks instead of burning an unreal amount of calories by working (each night is equivalent to about 7 miles walking) wish me luck youll see me back here next week thats when im planning my start. thank god holidays are over. peace-
