so i started induction today at midnight since i got graves.
DINNER: two cups romaine lettuce- 1.4 carbs
two tablespoons cilantro->.5 carbs
dressing -2 carbs
two cheese sticks (snacks)- 2 carbs
*total* 6 carbs
BREAKFAST: 4 egg omelette with mushrooms and onions-
Onions- 1.4 carbs
Mushrooms- 2 carbs
eggs- 1.6 carbs
*total* 5 carbs
LUNCH: Salmon tacos
Salmon- 2 carbs
Lettuce- 1 carb
Bee pollen- 2 carbs
*total* 5 carbs
SNACKS: sugar free jell-o - 0 carb
cheese sticks- 2 carb
and water
I just got done reading the Atkins for life book and i loved it. I love dr atkins what a great doctor. very impressed with the information
I found the atkins book the first one on ebay for really cheap like 3$. woot woot
so im getting that
i decided to start this today because the last few days i've been saying good bye to carbs. the last of this ill have, oh my last tortilla, my last burrito, so then i had a huge craving for grilled cheese sandwich with ketchup. well i couldnt control myself and i ate 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, order of onion rings, a cheese stick, recess peanut butter cups, a soda and then juice. man i havent felt so nasty and gross ever after eating. my stomach hurt and i couldnt use the restroom and i was feeling really sick. so i said thats it! so i feel like that was a huge wake up call.
i figure ill go home make breakfast and then sleep. wake up eat dinner and therefor i wont be awake to want to eat. im going to start exercising out side of work as soon as my induction flu is over just because i want to feel good. i figure 3-4 days of ****. but by the time im done with those days it will be my off week which will allow me to start my exercise routine.
