i am very active at work walking on a minimal average of 5-7 miles per day. and i picked up extra days so thats going to calculate to 50-70 miles in this week. um last time i checked that was a crap load ha ha ha. any way i wanted to go running out side but its snowing so im sad about that one. im going to weigh myself and check my ketones. how often do people check them and when would be the best time to check? thanks to all who help me with my questions **peace and luck**


You want a good reference tool? Buy two pairs of pants: one in the next size down from your current size and one in the size you eventually want to wear. Each week, weigh in, take measurements and try on each pair of pants. That will tell you more about your progress than peeing on a stick.
I like to use the stick so i can make sure im burning them. weather or not i pay any attention to the color. i will buy the pants this will be fun!!!! thanks again shrew
