so today is day four and i start my 'on week" which means i will have to rely on a majority of keeping my carb intake from now at 740 am to about 8 am next morning or so because now my days are changing. i am going to eat eggs for breakfast and tuna for lunch and cheese for snacks and my jello. then for dinner i will have another tuna fish sandwich just because i have 24 hrs to spread 20 g.s of carbs instead of the usual 12-16. this will be a challange.
i am very active at work walking on a minimal average of 5-7 miles per day. and i picked up extra days so thats going to calculate to 50-70 miles in this week. um last time i checked that was a crap load ha ha ha. any way i wanted to go running out side but its snowing so im sad about that one. im going to weigh myself and check my ketones. how often do people check them and when would be the best time to check? thanks to all who help me with my questions **peace and luck**
