so what i propose i am going to do is just stay on induction until about a month away from my marathon or until the month before my marathon. i am deciding this because i would like to have a very healthy diet. very healthy. i find that if i stay on induction right now that would be the best move for me. at least stay on it until may 8th. then i can move on. what i want from this is the ability to stay even more focused on working out. and lose weight too. but i want to burn this fat off my body so that by the time the marathon rolls around i am so ready to run for it. i was figuring some numbers and by going through with my running plan, i will burn about 65 lbs until the marathon. so i need to be careful. but at the same time i will be so buff. lol.
just keeping my meals, protiens, fats, and veggies will help me the most. im going to bump up my multi vitamin here soon.
so i have to run every day for at least 45 minutes, then i have to do cross training like every other day with my running and i walk so much at work. so i will be losing tons of weight here really soon. i need to remember to keep very hydrated and eat my snacks and good meals. looks like eggs, salads and fish are really what my days will look like. im going to start today. im going to run today for 45 minutes and cross train, so i am going to have to do some tae bo. because i wont have the car today. man this work out is going to kick my butt for sure. then wed. would be nice since i just have to run 45-60 minutes!! ahhhh!! that means i will be at the gym for sure. im going to be focusing on my core muscles and my arms too. so i will be doing some weights here as well. boy sat. will be a challenge since i will have to run 8 miles. i can do that i bet right now but i will get bored. i cant wait to get my running shoes.
