they say carb load this and make sure you are getting lots of carbs to make sure you are recovering faster.
im thinking to just use my extra carbs on more veggies and fruit vs. other stuff.
i need to get back on track with this atkins thing i have had too many cheat days. burger...
maybe i will just keep going with induction and then just make sure i am feeling ok while training. im not beating myself up. so what i cheated. no biggy. i will work hard for this. i will own it!!

Veggies are a good source but so would whole grains, complex carbs..things that your body will have to work to break down.
Not sure which part of Atkins you are on, but during the OWLs you add more carbs into your diet and eventually can add in complex carbs...so even Dr. Atkins recognizes the benefits of good, complex carbs.
I'm not saying to scarf down tons of mac and cheese and white bread and rice, but perhaps a bowl of whole grain pasta with loads of veggies or some really great brown rice sushi?
