so i am going to run a marathon but i am clueless about making sure that i am getting adequet nutrition. they say carbs are the way to go but i want to stay with my atkins woe.
they say carb load this and make sure you are getting lots of carbs to make sure you are recovering faster.
im thinking to just use my extra carbs on more veggies and fruit vs. other stuff.
i need to get back on track with this atkins thing i have had too many cheat days. burger...
maybe i will just keep going with induction and then just make sure i am feeling ok while training. im not beating myself up. so what i cheated. no biggy. i will work hard for this. i will own it!!
