so today is day 2, restarting the induction so i can lose a few more pounds. Im running in the half marathon in june and the more weight i lose the faster i can get.
the main reason i am doing this though is so that i can get a grip on cravings. i did find myself get bored.
so, i decided to get more creative with dinners.
tonight i ate chicken- fake
basil, garlic, olive oil, and tomatoes.
dinner was so delicious and fresh i loved it.
i no longer have any wantings for tortillas, which were another vice that i loved.
so the water weight has been an issue, so i have been eating avocados like they're going out of style you see
its just for today and tomorrow, quite possibly the next day but its so that i can see what my natural weight is.
any way, my dad has ms so im trying to get my family healthier.
i want to lose 37 lbs by end of june. i know in my heart and mind that the best nutritional way of acheiving this is by limiting my carbs.
I have to. any way, im feeling a little down and sluggish tonight but i feel that by tomorrow i will have a bit more energy left.
