Ok... here goes. But FIRST let me reiterate to myself:

1) Any loss is a good loss.

2) You did ok considering energy drinks & beer (notice I left out the cookie & fork incident).

3) Look at this... with only 2 REAL days of exercise. Imagine what you can do with 5 days of exercise.

4) Keep in mind, inches, not pounds.

Here goes:

Down 4.5 pounds. I'll knock it down to 4

Inches lost:
Biceps: same
Chest: - 1 1/2 inch
Waist: - 1/2 inch
Hips: - 1/2 inch
Calves: same
Neck (I find the funniest): - 1/2 inch
Thighs: - 1/2 inch

Nothing like having a fat NECK hahahahaha

I did get 100oz of water in, so that is a personal goal met
I did walk 1.5 miles to make up for the energy drink. And yes, I did drink one this morning . I've decided it's my last. I want a clean induction. Week 1, dirty. Week 2 CLEAN. We're staying home this weekend so no beer temptation. I think I can do even BETTER this week when I stay clean.

So... in a nutshell... I am kinda disappointed. Was hoping for more of a loss, but considering I screwed up... I guess it ain't so bad.

"Keep on keeping on!" is the motto of the week!
