Howdy again, y'all! After a holiday hiatus... I have ReTuRnEd!!! Woo hoo!!!
Official re-start was 01/12. So far I have kept up like a good Atkineer, minus the water intake. I am working on that now.

I have brow beated my sister into going to the gym with me. Of course, only after I offered to pay for it. LOL whatever works. I begged her to JUST gimme 6 weeks. Then she can quit if she desires. I am hoping she doesn't but she is a quitter to the inth degree.
Food diary is going well. Staying OFF that blasted scale and only jumping on once a week instead of daily. Suffered INCREDIBLY MASSIVE headache yesterday, but better today. Bad enough to cry for 20 mins. That totally sucked

So.... I'm popping around to see who's still here, who's gone and who's joined. I miss the ones that are gone, but hope we all get back in the swing of things.

I guess I DO have ONE question..... I want to be down a minimum of 165 by March 1st. I am restarting at 196 so that is.....31 pounds in about 6 weeks. Does that seem too much? The exercise will help I am sure but that won't start til about Feb 1st so... 4 weeks of exercise?

Just pondering.....
