Ok, day 1 cheat free...almost. But, I am making serious progress in my ability to say no to the foods I shouldn't be eating. We had a birthday celebration yesterday - and I was able to pass up the icecream cake! Whoo-hoo! (I admit I did a little happy dance...)
Add to that the fact that I was able to remove 3 of the 7 pounds I gained since my vacation. After that, it is only 5 pounds to lose to be back where I was before my divorce. Then, I will really feel like I am getting where I need to be...
And, I have a little extra incentive to get moving on this weight thing - shallow or not. I am taking my son to Disney in November and I want to be ready for shorts in public! How's that for motivation? LOL Ok, off I go to drink my water!
