I figured I wouldn't be able to make it through the whole thing, my main source of exercise has been to walk once a month, ha ha. But, I did make it through 1/2 of it and will work on getting more and more through it. I also walked 1/2 an hour last night, 1.25 miles. (I'm a slow walker on pavement).
I'm down 2 pounds from the 4 pound gain, so I'm back at my starting weight but I really don't want to be bouncing through a bad cycle like that. I need to get it moving and going in one direction. DOWN DOWN DOWN!
Getting through my water right now as well, trying to limit the Pepsi One intake- too easy to fall back into that habit, I went through a whole 2 liter yesterday. Still far better than my old 4 two liters a day of diet dew but I'd like to keep it down to like 1-2 glasses of soda a day and the rest as water. So mainly, just hanging in there and keeping going. Oh, another source of encouragement for exercise, I have one of those shower heads that have the mister on it which feels amazing, I've decided that if I exercise I can use it, if I don't exercise just a straight shower for me.
ha ha. That's it for now, I need to relax a bit.
