Well, thought I would try this. I am on day 10 of induction today. The scales were down 5 pounds this morning. I am happy with that as I haven't seen those numbers for a while. I need to up the exercise more. My legs are feeling very weary tho, not sure if that is a diet thing or just what, but it is not the norm for me.
This has all been quite a switch for me as I have been so ingrained to "low fat" everything. Can't believe what we can eat tho really am needing some variety. I also feel nausea frequently, not sure if that is my supplements or the foods or just what.
Another thing I am loving about this ADBB is it is free, other than donating to be a supporting member. I have done Diet Center and it was very pricey and here I am with more weight than I have ever had after going there, so guess that wasn't worth it. Love the motivation and advice we get her.
I'm going to have a great, HOT day here in Nebraska.

If not, the only foods that have it (and are allowed in phase 1) is cucumbers and tuna. Also, I was getting nauseated too. I have been drinking TONS of water and it took it right away. Also, make sure your belly is full before taking the supplements. I just really started feeling "good" and I'm on day 12.
