I am not too concerned but my weight over the last 4 days has varied 1/2 pound up and down. I think I need to get some exercise. Think my eating has been good. I will write down my food and any advice would be great. Tried the 1 carb ketchup and it sure made a difference.
Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 2 eggs with shred cheese on top.
Lunch: 3/4 of hamburger patty and some veggies, raw radish, celery strips and peppers, 1 small carrot
Supper:green pepper stuffed with plain hamburger, tossed salad with cuke, onion, celery, bacon bits and shred chs with 0 carb blue chs drsng. For dessert I love that jello, cream cheese whipped mixture with a dollop of whipped cream. Quite tasty.
