My scale is actually .5 up from the lowest and I have been stuck for a few days on this number. Found out that a plateau is no change for a month so hope that doesn't happen .

Breakfast: 2 eggs w 3 slices bacon
Lunch: beef hot dog and cheese stick
supper: t-bone steak and salad

Need to exercise for sure. Can a person not eat enough on this diet? Just wondering why I might be stuck. Probably the exercise would make a huge difference. My legs still feel so sluggish, hate that.
