Payday! Yeah! That means a trip to the grocery store to stock up on all things Induction friendly. Then got to get the kitchen cleaned up so I can cook up a bunch of yummy recipes, enough for my work week. I find the better prepared I am, the less I am tempted to go off track. I am a big fan of pre-packaged, ready to eat meals. I can be lazy when it comes to food, and impatient! I want it, and I want it now or in 2-3 min on high. So my best option? Make them myself! I have tonight and all day tomorrow to, cook, cook and cook some more. Ensuring that I will be ready and won't be caught off guard with nothing low carb to eat.
Going to buy a small grill too! And my big grill is on its last leg, literally it leans and I'm afraid if I were to try and put a propane tank on, it would just collapse.

Went to the grocery store and for those that say that Atkins is more expensive, I easily spend $150 per trip, today only $90. Of course I looked for specials on meat, they had steaks buy one package get one free! Ate my first Atkins friendly dinner, one of those afore mentioned steaks and green beans. Grilled a couple of the steaks on my new little BBQ that runs on a camping propane canister. Very excited!
