Diet and Exercise. Every diet program says you still need to stay active. Well, that's true but I'm talking about a different type of staying active. Staying active on the boards. Helping, encouraging, discussing. It all helps to keep you on track. I haven't blogged in several days, but I have been on the boards.

Today was the end of the first week of induction. One. One week and only one pound. Am I disappointed? A little. It was that time of month, which can definitely have a negative impact on weight loss. Maybe I will re-weigh again in a couple of days when Uncle TOM and Aunt Flo have left town and see were I stand. Either way, I will keep on keeping on and look at the number one in a new light. . . one day at a time.
