I've had a rough couple of days the past few days. I started the work week out really tired as I only got 3 hours of sleep one night. I also had to work an extra 12 hour shift, so my week was extended a bit. Today I came home from work at 1pm, was in bed taking a nap by 2pm and slept until 730pm! And was ready to go back to bed at 10pm.

This week I wasn't really spot on with "Induction Friendly" foods, I had peanuts as a snack. While better than hitting up the vending machine and going crazy on crackers, chips or a candy bar, I'm still a little disappointed as I was hoping to do a "clean" induction. Also this week, didn't quite get all my veggies in everyday. The "other veggies" weren't hard, it was the salad veggies. I'm thinking of changing things up, instead of having 2 cups of salad (basically lettuce), I'm going to have my salad veggies as snacks. Cucumbers, celery and I realy want to try jicama. Going to head to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up for the week. I think this will also help me get more of my carbs from my veggies, I think just eating lettuce was limiting my carb intake from vegetables.

Noticing I'm going to the store more often, not only because I always forget something but also since I'm eating more whole foods I want them to be fresh as possible.
