Day 4 and feeling pretty good. Worked out; lifted weights (Thursday is a leg weight lifting day) and did 31 minutes on the Elliptical machine. I did 31 minutes so that I would exceed 300 calories burned, a mini day goal of mine.
I had egg salad for breakfast and egg salad / Boston lettuce wraps for lunch. I am not sick of egg salad yet, I keep repeating to myself.
Despite saying that I wouldn't jump on the scale until friday, I climbed on this morning and there was no change. Not surprised or depressed about it... it is what it is.
Tonight's challenge is date night. Date night is wine night in my world and I do not want to have alcohol screw up my induction. So, I am going to research Gin as an alternative to wine and if Gin is no better than wine, I will try my best to keep it to one glass of wine tonight. I will let you know how i do.
